These terms govern your use of apps and services provided by DIGi27, operated by Luke Lanchester as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.
DIGi27 creates puzzle games for iPhone, distributed through the Apple App Store. All game features are provided free of charge. We aim to keep our apps available and functioning well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update or discontinue apps at any time. We offer no warranty or liability for any activity incurred using our apps.
Our apps may offer optional in-app purchases in the form of donations. These are entirely voluntary and exist solely to support the ongoing development of DIGi27 and its developer. Donations do not unlock any additional features, content, or functionality. All game features are currently available to every user regardless of whether a donation has been made.
All donations are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. If you wish to request a refund for a donation, you will need to do so through Apple directly.
All content within our apps and on this website, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, text, and code, is owned by Luke Lanchester and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.
You agree to use our apps for their intended purpose: playing puzzle games. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our apps, or use them in any way that is unlawful or could damage, disable, or impair their function.
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the apps, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luke Lanchester (trading as DIGi27) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our apps, regardless of the cause of action.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the apps is also subject to Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement and App Store terms of service. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall take precedence with respect to the use of the App Store and any Apple services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
