Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 March 2026

DIGi27 is operated by Luke Lanchester as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use our apps and website.

The short version: we don't collect, store, or share your personal data. We built these apps to be calm and distraction-free, and that extends to your privacy too.

What We Collect

Our apps do not collect any personal data. We do not feature accounts to create, we have no analytics to track your behaviour, and no advertising identifiers. We do not use cookies on our website either.

What Apple Collects

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data in accordance with their own privacy policy, including crash reports, usage statistics, and purchase history. This data collection is governed by your settings and agreements with Apple, not by us. We may receive anonymised, aggregated analytics from Apple (such as the number of downloads or crashes) but this data cannot identify you personally.

If you make an optional donation through an in-app purchase, that transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, email address, payment details, or any other personal information from the transaction.

Third Parties

We do not embed any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media trackers, or other external services in our apps or on our website. The only third-party involvement is Apple, as the distributor of our apps.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are suitable for all ages and do not collect personal data from anyone, including children. There are no social features, user-generated content, or external links within the apps.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Any game progress or preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since we do not hold any of your personal data, these rights are effectively already fulfilled. If you have any questions about your data rights, please get in touch.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date. Given that we don't collect data, we don't anticipate significant changes.
